梅干しその後、じゃがいもの収穫

東北地方も梅雨が明けたので、しばらく赤紫蘇に漬けておいた梅を天日干しにしました。3日間、強い太陽のもとに干してから、元の容器に戻して完成。いつもお世話になっている教会の信徒会長さんに教えていただきながら完成しました。 

Making Dried Plums
As the rainy season was over in Tohoku Area, we put out the plums that were soaked in Red Shiso leaves out in the sun for three days. And the dried plums are completed.
