さゆり幼稚園運動会 Sayuri Kindergarten Sports Day
久しぶりに入場制限なしの運動会。秋晴れの天候に恵まれて、家族揃って楽しい一日になりました。
For the first time in a long time, there were no restrictions on
admission to the field day. Blessed with fine autumn weather, it was an
enjoyable day for the whole family.
―薄田音楽隊コンサート Susukida Music Band Concert
恒例のすすきだ音楽隊のコンサート。すばらしい演奏に皆心から癒され、ほっとする時をもつことができました。感謝です。
The annual concert by the Susukida Music Band was held in Minamisoma.
The wonderful performance healed everyone's heart and made them feel relaxed.
We are very grateful to them.
―原町教会での七五三 Shichi-Go-San at Haramachi Church
今年は原町教会で七五三のお祝いがありました。さゆり幼稚園の卒園生で家族の方達は神社に行くつもりでしたが、本人の希望で原町教会で幸田司教さまから祝福していただいたきました。
This year, Shichi-Go-San was celebrated at Haramachi Catholic Church.
The 7 year old girl was a graduate of Sayuri Kindergarten. Her family members
were planning to go to a shrine, but at the request of the child herself Bishop
Koda blessed her at the Church.
―神戸声楽アンサンブル Kobe Vocal Ensemble
8年ぶりでしたか、神戸の声楽アンサンブルの方が南相馬に来てくださいました。浪江、小高、原町他、いろいろな所で宗教曲を中心にきれいな歌声を響かせてくださいました。
It had been 8 years since the last visit of the Kobe Vocal Ensemble to
Minamisoma. They mostly sang religious pieces in Namie, Odaka, Haramachi, and
other places.
―原町の秋祭り Haramachi Autumn Festivals
天候に恵まれてのお祭り。家族で楽しんでいる姿が多く見られました。震災前はもっともっと賑わっていたのだろうなと感じましたが、少しずつ避難されていた方達が戻って来られたのと、避難先での生活に落ち着かれた方達もふるさとの祭りには懐かしく、戻って来られているようでした。他県からの店も出ていました。和太鼓とほら貝の演奏もありました。
The festival was blessed with fine weather. Many families were seen
enjoying themselves. It must have been much more crowded before the disaster in
2011. The evacuees have gradually returned to their home town, while those who
have already settled down in other places, having fond memories, may have come
back to see and enjoy the festival.
Some stores from other prefectures were present at the Haramachi Autumn
Festival. There were also performances of Japanese drums and conch shells.

11月23日の勤労感謝の日にあわせてさゆり幼稚園の年少組の園児たちが、「おにぎりと味噌汁を作ってくださって、ありがとう。」とカリタス南相馬に来てくれました。
On November 23rd, Labor Thanksgiving Day, the children of Sayuri
Kindergarten came to Caritas Minamisoma to thank us for making onigiri (rice
balls) and miso soup on Mondays every month.

カリタス南相馬の所長の南原摩利さんが原町カトリック教会で小高の方と結婚されました。 バンド仲間で、音楽を通しての出会いでした。これからもきれいな演奏をしながら、多くの方達に喜びを与えてくださいますように。
Ms. Mari Nanbara, head of Caritas Minamisoma, married at Haramachi
Catholic Church on Saturday November 25th. The couple got to know one another
through the music band activities mostly in Odaka.
May they continue to give joy to many people with their beautiful
performances.
