今年4月に北泉海岸にできた「南相馬市メモリアルパーク」です。2011年の津波の犠牲になった方々の慰霊碑があちこちにあったのを南相馬としてまとめたようです。
In April this year a new memorial park was completed to remember those victims of Tsunami 2011.
